C WIRE AG ("C Wire", "we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting personal data and ensuring transparency regarding how data is processed in connection with our advertising technology services.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, process, disclose, and protect personal data through:

It also explains individuals' privacy rights and choices.

For the purposes of this policy, "personal data" means any information relating to an identified or identifiable individual, including online identifiers and device-related data.

C Wire operates a privacy-first, contextual advertising platform designed to deliver advertising without relying on cross-site tracking or behavioural profiling.

We do not collect or process:

• Names, email addresses, or phone numbers

• Postal addresses or employment information

• Government identifiers

• Sensitive personal data (e.g., religion, health, political opinions)

• Cross-site behavioural advertising profiles

To operate our Services, we use limited technical identifiers depending on device and environment.

We use a randomly generated identifier stored in browser LocalStorage ("cw_id" or "C Wire ID").

Characteristics:

• Domain-specific

• Not shared across websites

• Not matched across domains

• Used solely for delivery logic and frequency capping

Legal basis:

Where required by applicable law and the IAB Transparency & Consent Framework, storage and/or access to information on a user's device occurs only after user consent has been obtained via a TCF-registered Consent Management Platform (CMP).

Within mobile apps, our SDK may access platform advertising identifiers:

• Google Advertising ID (Android)

• Apple IDFA (iOS)

Legal basis: User consent where required under the TCF and applicable law.

We collect limited technical and advertising delivery data.

• cw_id (LocalStorage identifier)

Derived from IP address:

• Country level

• City level

We do not collect precise geolocation.

We receive consent and objection signals from CMPs, including:

• Purpose consent status

• Vendor consent status

• Special feature preferences

• Publisher restrictions

We store these signals for a maximum of 12 months unless refreshed earlier.

C Wire participates in the IAB Europe Transparency & Consent Framework (TCF) and processes personal data in accordance with the TCF Policies and Technical Specifications. C Wire's assigned IAB Europe Vendor ID within the Framework is 1081.

As a registered TCF vendor, C Wire processes personal data only for the purposes and legal bases declared in the Global Vendor List and in accordance with users' consent and objection choices as signalled via TCF-registered Consent Management Platforms (CMPs).

Where applicable, processing relies on:

• User consent (e.g., device storage, limited data advertising selection, advertising measurement)

• Legitimate interest (e.g., security, fraud prevention, ad delivery, privacy signal storage, and service improvement)

C Wire does not create or use profiles for personalised advertising or personalised content.

We process personal data for the following purposes:

(TCF Purpose 1)

We store or access identifiers such as LocalStorage IDs or mobile advertising identifiers.

Legal basis: User consent.

(TCF Purpose 2)

We use contextual and limited technical data to determine which ads to display, including:

• Website or app context

• Device type

• Non-precise location

No user profiles are created.

We measure campaign delivery and performance, including:

• Impressions

• Interaction rates

• Campaign reach

(TCF Purpose 10)

We use aggregated and limited event data to:

No profiling is conducted.

Under TCF Special Purposes, we process data where operationally necessary.

We process data to:

• Detect invalid traffic

Identifiers stored on devices expire or are refreshed within this timeframe.

We may transmit IP addresses to partners solely to derive non-precise location.

C Wire operates from Switzerland and Europe.

We store and process data within jurisdictions deemed adequate under applicable data protection law.
