ARTF (Agentic RTB Framework) is a technical framework released by the IAB Tech Lab that modernises real-time bidding infrastructure to support AI agents.\n\nBy allowing agents to operate within a shared virtual environment, ARTF dramatically reduces the time it takes to evaluate and purchase an ad impression — from several hundred milliseconds to roughly one hundred. It builds directly on OpenRTB.
