At this year’s DEX, one campaign truly stole the spotlight: the innovative gamification initiative that we created for The Swiss Post in collaboration with Havas. The challenge was clear: make the Post’s "Meine Sendungen” service more widely known, re-engage existing users, and attract new target customers.The solution? A standout gamification campaign that brought the Post’s delivery options to life in a playful, engaging way. Using interactive ads, audiences were invited to explore different services by enjoying short, captivating games. These not only sparked curiosity but also deepened the connection with the brand. Users could interact directly within the ad and were then guided to a landing page where they could continue playing and even enter a competition.
