This is one of only a handful of theatres with a resident acting company performing in rotating repertory. A Noise Within offers Conservatory classes, a Professional Intern Program and the Student Outreach Program.

The Alex Theatre

Since 1964, Caltech's Beckman Auditorium has played host to a variety of events ranging from Judy Collins to the Capitol Steps to the famed Coleman Chamber Music Series. Glendale Parks, Recreation and Community Services offers theatrical opportunities for youths in performing arts, fine art camps and city-wide talent contest. The camps are taught by professionals.

Glendale Youth Orchestra
This Orchestra consists of 85 talented students from the City of Glendale and its surrounding communities. The Youth Orchestra, under the direction of Music Director and Conductor Christopher Fazzi, performs at the Alex Theatre.

The Lehman Engel Musical Theatre Workshop
